The Watercolor Private Residence Club is a Fractional Ownership program consisting of eleven 2 bedroom, 2 bath residences. Centrally located in WaterColor south of Hwy 30A, this condominium building is directly across from Watercolor's New and improved Beach Club and within steps from the private dedicated beach access, shopping, dining and the bike path. Each owner owns a 1/8th interest in a specific unit and is guaranteed to receive 5 weeks per year and possibly more based on availability. Owners receive one week per season and fifth week is flexible. It is non-rental so only owners, friends and guest may stay. This is a wonderful alternative to full time ownership on the beach in a professionally managed setting.
